Students in Mrs. Barnwell's Advanced Computer class were awarded a grant sponsored by Fidelity Investments to play the Stock Market Game this spring. The Brevard Middle School team which consisted of Hailey Kinsland, Jordan Creech, and Jon Hendricks ranked 3rd in the Western Region. The students attended a banquet in Asheville and the Honorable Janet Cowell, Treasurer, State of North Carolina presented the awards.
