She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UNC Charlotte and a Master of Education degree in Secondary Education from Clemson University.
Andrea McCall Odom is a World and American History and American Literature teacher at Rosman High School. She is a Rosman High School alumni and a graduate of UNC Charlotte and Clemson University. She is certified to teach high school social studies including Advanced Placement United States History and middle school social studies, reading, and language arts. She is also gifted and teacher leader endorsed. Ms. Odom taught previously for fifteen years in the Cobb County School District in Metropolitan Atlanta and this is her third year teaching in Transylvania County Schools. She is the mother of two children, Jenna and Caden, and enjoys traveling, cruising, shopping, and reading history with a special interest in young adult historical fiction.
