Mrs. Tammy Moman, R.N.
I am the Health Science Education Instructor at Brevard High School. I have been a nurse since 1981. I taught Health Science Education at Rosman High School from December of 1997 to February of 2014. I am currently employed by Transylvania Regional Hospital and have worked there as a registered nurse for 21 years. I was born and raised in Transylvania County. I graduated from Rosman High School in 1980, Asheville Buncombe Technical College as an LPN in 1981 and as an RN in 1985. I was employed at Margaret R. Pardee Hospital from 1981 - 1987. I then relocated with my husband Jacob Moman to Odessa, Texas in 1987. I worked at Medical Center Hospital until 1995 when we then relocated to Rosman with our two sons Thomas and David Moman. Thomas is married to Nicole McGaha Moman and they have a son named Calvin. My son David attends Blue Ridge Community College. I look forward to educating students in the medical field which is a fast growing profession with many employment needs in the United States.
