State Wellness Initiative
Effective July 1, 2010 and going forward, all State Health Plan members will be enrolled in the 70/30 plan. In Year 1, July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2011, subscribers who want to enroll in the 80/20 plan must declare on an attestation form that neither they nor their eligible dependents use tobacco products, or indicate that they qualify for an exemption.
The attestation period has now ended.

Supplement Payment Schedule

Plastic Bottle Ban In Effect
As of October 1, it is illegal to dispose of any plastic bottle marked "1" or "2" in the landfill. Fines of up to $15,000 may be levied against violators. This is meant mainly for large generators of bottles such as schools, plants, etc. However, individuals are strongly encouraged to participate. Please see your Recycling Committee building representative for more details on how to recycle.
Building Conditioning
We are changing temperature setpoints for the heating season to 68 degrees +/- 3 degrees in all areas. Please let Plant Operations know if you're having any problems.
New Procedures
Due to the retirement of Mildred Dobbins we no longer have someone to run large copy jobs for you at the Ed Center. Please make arrangements to either have them printed or copy them at your location.
Also, if someone in your building is going to the Ed Center please remind them to take any courier mail with them and pick up your school's.
