At its September 21, 2015, meeting, the Transylvania County Board of Education received a Facilities Master Plan report from Clark Nexsen, a national architecture and engineering firm. The report includes required and recommended repairs over a 3-10 year timeline to all nine TCS schools as well as the plant operations and central office buildings.
