Getting started on Campus Parent Portal and Campus Student Portal
In an effort to have effective and efficient communication with our parents, Transylvania County Schools will be utilizing Infinite Campus, our NEW student information system platform. We encourage you to use the instructions below to create your parent portal account to begin the process. If you do not have access to a device, devices and assistance will be made available at school sites.
PLEASE use the following steps to complete the setup of your account:
1. Retrieve your Activation Key by following the onscreen instructions at this link - https://portalaccess.ncsis.gov/
* You will need to know your child's Student Number, Legal First and Last Name, and Date of Birth.
2. Click on this link: https://880.ncsis.gov/campus/portal/parents/psu880transylvania.jsp
3. Click on the New User? at the bottom of the login in area
4. Enter the Activation Key from step 1
5. Create your username and password
You will be asked to create a username and password (please remember these credentials). The next screen will ask you to enter your email address 2 times and the password that you selected. You will have to check your email to verify the email address. If you have multiple students in the district, you may receive this message more than one time. However, you only need to complete this process once.

Please create your account as soon as possible, as critical information will be communicated through your Portal Account. Please make sure to bookmark the Campus Portal Address, https://880.ncsis.gov/campus/portal/parents/psu880transylvania.jsp, so that you can return to it later or you can download the Campus Parent App in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5. Crea tu nombre de usuario y contraseña
Se le pedirá que cree un nombre de usuario y una contraseña (recuerde estas credenciales). La siguiente pantalla le pedirá que ingrese su correo electrónico dos veces y la contraseña que seleccionó. Deberá revisar su correo electrónico para verificar la dirección. Si tiene varios estudiantes en el distrito, es posible que reciba este mensaje más de una vez. Sin embargo, solo necesita completar este proceso una vez.
