Creative Classroom Grants were awarded this week by the TCS Educational Foundation for teachers to do creative projects in their classrooms. Some of these include guitars, robotics, ceramics, math games, nature trail and career prep materials. We are thankful for their support @TCSEF. This is National School Breakfast Week! Transylvania County Schools provides free breakfast for all children. Our Department of School Nutrition Services is committed to providing breakfast to our students that best meets their learning needs. Elementary schools offer breakfast in the classroom every morning. Middle and High Schools offer both Grab N' Go and hot breakfast bar options. CTE Awareness Month: There are so many CTE offerings, you can't just choose one! Many students take multiple CTE classes so they can try out many different areas. Students can also do internships and apprenticeships through CTE! #LearningthatWorks #NCCTE #TCSYes
